Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – ACCAMUU S.A.S 

Scope of Shipping: ACCAMUU S.A.S  ships nationwide within Colombian territory through allied transport companies. Currently, no international shipments are made.

Customer Notification Process: 

Once the purchase is confirmed, the Customer will receive the following notifications at the registered email address:

  1. Confirmation of the completed transaction.
  2. Notification of the confirmed order.
  3. Electronic invoice delivery.
  4. Shipping status information, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

Preparation Time: Product preparation takes a maximum of 2 business days from the confirmation of the transaction. Subsequently, a notification with the transport company's information and the tracking number will be sent.

Delivery Times:

  • Major cities: 1 to 5 business days.
  • Secondary cities: up to 7 business days.
  • Hard-to-reach areas: up to 15 business days.

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost will be calculated based on the Customer's location and the value of the products. This cost will be visible in the purchase summary before finalizing the transaction. Free shipping is offered for purchases over COP $500,000. For smaller purchases, the Customer will cover the shipping cost, which will depend on the destination city.

As a general rule, the freight payment will be borne by the Customer, who must assume this cost when paying for the purchase on the Website.

Product Delivery: Once the Product is received by the Customer or the person designated by them, ACCAMUU S.A.S  will not be responsible for subsequent loss or damage. In case of delayed delivery or inability to deliver due to errors in the provided address, the order may be canceled, and a corresponding refund will be issued to the Customer.

Transport Responsibility: ACCAMUU  S.A.S  will not be responsible for losses, damages, or delays attributable to the transport company. However, support will be provided through the enabled service channels (email: ACCAMUU S.A.S, phone: 3008921392) to manage any request or complaint regarding the delivery service.

Address Verification: It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address before confirming their purchase. No re-shipments will be made to incorrect addresses once the package has been dispatched.
