Exchange and Return Policy - Accamuu S.A.S.
At Accamuu S.A.S., we strive to offer quality products and a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange and return policy with clear conditions. Below, we detail the procedures and terms.
General Conditions
- Timeframe for Requesting Exchanges or Returns: You can request exchanges or returns within 3 calendar days following receipt of the product.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, with original tags and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
- Request Response: ACCAMUU SAS will have ten (10) business days to inform the customer whether the garment exchange is valid.
Exchange Policy
- Size Exchange: We accept size exchanges within 3 days of receiving the order. Garments must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with intact tags. Returns undergo a quality control; if the garment shows damage or signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
If there is no more inventory of the same reference, the item will be exchanged for another of the customer's choice (assuming the value of the surplus if it costs more).
- Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us via:
- Email: Send an email to Accamuu@gmial.com, indicating "return" in the subject line, along with your full name, order number, and tracking number.
- WhatsApp: You can contact us via WhatsApp at 3008921392 with the same information.
Note: Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
Return Policy
- Return Request: You can return your purchase within 3 days after receiving the product, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and with intact tags. No money refunds are issued; only exchanges for another existing garment are available.
Cases of Defective Products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, Accamuu S.A.S. will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.
Cases in which We Do Not Accept Exchanges or Returns:
- Garments that show signs of use, stains, bad odor, or perspiration.
- Damage caused by misuse of garments, such as exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper handling.
- Garments that have been incorrectly washed or show wear from normal use.
Exchange and Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team for instructions on how to send the product back.
- All shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, except in cases of company error or product defect.
Important Notes:
- The lifespan of each garment depends on the care given to it. Accamuu S.A.S. will not be responsible for products damaged by improper use or normal wear and tear.
- Refund or credit times may vary according to the policies of banking entities or payment platforms.
